We offer in-person massage and wellness services at our premises. Bookings can be made online via our website.

• All services must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

• Payment may be taken at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the selected option.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, or fail to attend your appointment, the full service fee may apply.

• Refunds for online payments will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before receiving treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for any reason.

• Our services are not a substitute for medical care.

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

• Any inappropriate conduct, including sexual harassment or abusive language, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer a safe and professional service, Samui Wellness will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

• Injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information.

• Temporary unavailability of the website or errors in booking due to technical issues.
